Parents,

PWCS has developed a home learning web page to provide optional resources and suggestions to assist parents with home instruction.

PWCS Home Learning Web Page

Hello 5th Grade Families!

Please see the attached letter which lists resources available to assist parents with home learning.
SOL Review Letter 2020.doc

Please refer to the PWCS Grade 5 Planning Calendar, in the Math folder, in the Files and Documents section of the class web page, to identify exactly which standards and objectives were taught before schools closed.  Please note that we were on the week of March 30 - April 3.

Also, you may want your child to work on all optional reading, science, and math packets that were provided to them in addition to looking at the above websites.  Additionally, optional student work will periodically be added to the corresponding subject folders on the Files and Documents section of the class web page.  These are assignments that the fifth grade team was planning to use to prepare students for the SOL tests and are considered invaluable for review of fifth grade standards.

*These assignments/resources are not graded and not required. Please just use them as review materials.*

Thank you! :)
